Every one of our taxi fees is calculated per vehicle, not per passenger.
There is a total of all fees. Other than the toll payments (per journey) during peak season, there are no other fees. Peak season surcharges will be communicated via WhatsApp at the time of your inquiry or upon the completion of your online booking form.
Yes. After each journey is over, a softcopy of the receipts can be emailed. Please specify at the time of booking.

Both the Second Link and the Woodland Checkpoint have tolls. To minimize traffic congestion during peak hours, however, using the Second Link is strongly advised.
On typical weekends, we advise leaving Johor Bahru before 8 am on Saturdays and before 3 pm on Sundays. But to beat the gridlock on long weekends, we advise leaving even earlier.
Tipping is optional and will depend on how well you felt our driver services. As a point of comparison, our well-liked drivers do receive tips from clients ranging from SGD10 to SDG30.
No. Even little meals or snacks are not permitted to be consumed inside the moving car.
For a location close by, we will make an effort to organize a replacement fleet for you, which should typically arrive within an hour.
The same driver will typically make the return trip on the same day. Any changes will be communicated to you as soon as possible. We will give fresh driver information (about 9 pm) one day before your departure date if your return is on a different day.
Afraid due to long weekends/holidays – it is very hard to secure vehicles during these periods, therefore peak season charge applies.

While there is a waiting time fee, the driver will always be able to locate you if you send us your flight number. The waiting fees can only be discussed after that.
The taxi driver will be holding a board with the passenger's name on it and waiting in the arrivals area. The driver will also have your contact information.
To prevent any unforeseen incidents, we advise leaving at least 5 hours before your aircraft or ferry is scheduled to depart.
Scheduling in advance is highly advised. Requests made at the last minute are accepted, however, please be aware that waiting times may occur owing to vehicle availability.
We do recognize your concern. However, we add more buffer time in case something unforeseen occurs. You may select a later time for departure, but please be aware that we will not be held responsible for any ferry or flight that is missed.

No. We provide transfer services from Singapore to anywhere in Malaysia, not only in Johor Bahru. You may Whatsapp Us. We will give you a quotation accordingly.
Yes. All of our rides are private. The amount you pay secures the use of the car just for you and your group. You are not required to share the car.
Please be aware that Singapore requires it. For an extra SGD10 each trip, we do offer a child car seat (up to 18kg only). Due to the limited number of seats available, we could arrange for 1 child seat each voyage, but we do recommend taking your car seats with you.

Our license has been upgraded from transporter to travel agency. With this improvement, we are compelled to keep a record of the names and passport numbers of passengers for future use. If you could give us these details, that would be greatly appreciated. Only used as a reference, this record.
